Furniture Order :
- Order will be confirmed after 50% advance payment of complete order.
- While ordering Customize / non standard items, 60% advance payment will be charged.
- Remaining 50% will be paid before delivery from showroom.
- Transportation charges will be charged to the customer.
- Same conditions will be accepted from customers which are written on order and signed by customer.
Order change or Cancellation :
- Any order could be changed or cancelled within 3 days of order without any charges.
- After 3 days to the booked order 5% extra charges will be charged.
- While cancelled after 3 days to the booked order 10% extra and cloth charges will be charged.
- Customized / non standard items will not change or cancel.
Storage :
- if goods are not delivered on delivery date then customer will pay storage charges.
- Storage charges will be applicable after 10 days of delivery date to 30 days at the rate 0.25% per day.
- Next 30 days will be charged as 1.25%.
- After 60 days to delivery date, order will be cancelled if order is not deliver to the customer because of customer.
- Unpaid storage charges will be collected when order will be receiving by the customer.
